A/V discount only applies to equipment rentals when using our in-house provider, Encore.  Cocktail Hour includes complimentary hosted bar for 1 hour with group paying for at least one additional hour.  Snacks and Beverages are for up to 5 staff members.  Must mention the offer prior at time of RFP/Proposal.  Must book program by 5/31/2023 for a group event of at least 100 total room nights contracted for 2023 event dates.   Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
